Sure. Some agencies instruct the oral board panel not to accept resumes in order to keep the process sterile.  the desired affect is an even playing field for all candidates.  So why bother?  At the very least, it speaks to your level of preparation and motivation to get the job. If you decide to submit a resume, keep it to one page or less.   Make sure to include any volunteer service or organizations that will demonstrate your desire to work with the public and develop your skills.
